Cancellation Policy
At d.esthetics we value your time and our commitment to providing excellent service. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we ask that you please adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations or Reschedules (Within 24 Hours): If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost.
We understand that life happens, and emergencies arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
